Pre-Order Policy
By placing a pre-order with Kozzi, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Pre-Orders and Payment
Kozzi may offer products for pre-order in various circumstances, including but not limited to when an item is out of stock, awaiting stock arrival, newly launching, or scheduled for future inventory replenishment. All pre-orders are charged in full at the time of purchase. By completing a pre-order, you expressly authorise Kozzi to charge your selected payment method at checkout.
Estimated Shipping Dates
The estimated shipping date for pre-ordered items will be displayed on the product page and in your order confirmation email. All shipping dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Estimated delivery dates may change due to production timelines, supplier availability, shipping delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Any changes or modifications requested after placing a pre-order may result in delayed shipment and/or additional shipping fees at the customer’s expense.
Cancellations by Kozzi
Kozzi reserves the right to cancel delayed pre-orders at any time at its discretion. In the event that Kozzi cancels a pre-order, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Customer-Initiated Refunds on Pre-Orders
If you change your mind and wish to request a refund on a pre-ordered item, you may do so within 7 days from the date the order was placed. Refund requests must be submitted by emailing your order number and refund request to info@thekozzi.com. Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
All non-pre-order purchases remain subject to Kozzi’s standard Returns & Exchange Policy and are eligible for store credit only where applicable.
Shipping Delays and Partial Shipments
Kozzi will make reasonable efforts to ship pre-ordered items as close to the estimated shipping date as possible. In some circumstances, orders may be shipped in multiple parcels.
If a pre-ordered item has not shipped within 14 days of the original estimated shipping date, you may request cancellation of the affected item(s) for a full refund by contacting info@thekozzi.com. If Kozzi is ultimately unable to fulfil your pre-order, a full refund will be automatically processed.
Refund Processing Timeframes
Refunds issued due to cancellation or delayed fulfilment will be processed within 14 business days from confirmation of cancellation.
Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date billing, shipping, and contact information when placing a pre-order. You must ensure that the email address provided at checkout is valid and monitored regularly, including checking spam or junk folders, for updates regarding your pre-order.
Kozzi is not responsible for delays or issues arising from incorrect or outdated customer information. You may update your details at any time prior to shipment by emailing info@thekozzi.com.
Changes to Pre-Order Terms
Kozzi reserves the right to amend or update these Pre-Order Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on thekozzi.com, and continued participation in pre-orders after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Limitation of Liability
Kozzi is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from shipment delays, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
