For In-Stock Items Only
Overview
At Kozzi, we’re all about keeping things cosy — and that includes a fast, stress-free shipping experience. This shipping policy applies only to items currently in stock. For pre-order items, please refer to our separate Pre-Order Policy.
Processing Time
All in-stock orders are processed within 2 hours during business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 11PM AEST or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship from Australia using Australia Post (AusPost) for all domestic deliveries. We aim to process the order within 2 business days. Estimated delivery time is between 2 to 5 business days after your order has been processed. Every order includes tracked shipping so you can follow its journey from our warehouse to your doorstep.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is free when you purchase two or more items in a single order. For orders containing fewer than two items, a flat rate of $20 AUD applies. All shipping options include full tracking.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking link sent via email. If there’s no movement on your tracking for an extended period, contact us at info@thekozzi.com and we’ll assist with investigating. Please note, Kozzi is not responsible for delivery delays caused by couriers, weather events, or circumstances outside our control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping details are correct before checking out. If you’ve entered the wrong address and your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us immediately at info@thekozzi.com to update it. If your parcel is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details, you may be required to cover reshipping costs.
International Shipping
At this time, Kozzi ships only within Australia. We are working on expanding our shipping capabilities to international destinations in the near future.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can monitor its delivery progress at any time.
